Delivery costs - Returns Policy - Payment Details

Delivery cost per set of 4 or 6 coasters

£4.95 to mainland UK using Royal Mail First Class. You should receive your goods within the next working day after despatch but this is subject to Royal Mail delivery schedule.

For Northern Ireland please add an additional surcharge of £2.50 and for Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man add an additional £5.50 per order.

For each additional set ordered from any location in the UK please add an extra £2 towards P&P.

Delivery cost of sets of 4 granite tablemats

Royal Mail Parcel Post £8 for the 1st set ordered (Delivery within 2 to 5 working days) For each additional set of tablemats please add extra £4 per set.

Delivery cost of photo prints

A4, A3 size: £1.50
A2,A1 Size: £3.50

All items in stock will be despatched the next working day of receiving your payment.

In the rare event of your chosen items not being in stock, we will contact you to let you know how long you will have to wait. You can decide to wait, choose a different item which is in stock of similar value, or if the delivery schedule is not acceptable to you we will refund you In full.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however should you wish to return items to us, provided that the item is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt we will pleased to offer you an alternative produce, or issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage costs.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
For any returns we recommend that you use registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
